As the Head of Curriculum of the Centre for Industry Certifications and Professional Development (CICPD), Ts. Raja Shazrin Shah Raja Ehsan Shah FASc is actively involved in upskilling and reskilling programmes, providing Industry-Applied Competencies Microcredential programs designed to equip practitioners with specialised knowledge and competencies to thrive in the rapidly changing landscape of work in the 21st century. Raja Shazrin Shah is a Chemical Engineer and sustainability consultant, appointed as a Fellow of the Academy of Sciences Malaysia in 2025 and a Certified ESG Expert by CICPD. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Galaxy Tech Solutions (KL) Sdn Bhd, specialising in sustainability consulting and research, and serves as Adjunct Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (MJIIT) and the University of Malaya (IAS). With extensive experience in waste management, wastewater treatment, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, and sustainability reporting, he has published over 12 peer-reviewed papers in engineering and environmental fields. He has advised governmental and private agencies, contributing to the development of national guidelines, standards, and regulations. His current work focuses on Planetary Health, the hydrogen economy, renewable energy, ESG disclosures, and advancing sustainability practices across industries.
